Lots-O-Birthdays!!!!

Today is a day full of birthdays!!!

First of all, one of my best friends from high school, Kelly, had a birthday today! Kelly joins me in being a quarter of a century old!!! I don't have any pictures on this computer of Kelly and I, but I wanted to give her a birthday shout out! I love you girl! Happy Birthday

Today is also my little brother (well not really little!) Luke's birthday! He turned 23! I'm so lucky that my brother and I have become so close over the last few years. He really is one of my best friends! I'm going to miss him so much when he leaves next month for Iowa! He'll be there for 7 months for a job!! Happy birthday Bubby....I love you...and so does Randy and Tikles!!

Finally, today is also Heather's birthday (on left)! Heather is one of our good friends and I also work with her at the VA! Weird coincidences...her husband, James, and I have the same birthday (we both turned 25)and she has the same birthday as my brother (they both turned 23). Happy Birthday Heather....we hope you had a great day!!!!!!!

The Homeplace

So if you live in Roanoke or the surrounding areas you know of the Homeplace, if not how dare you live here, move immediately. Well Lindsay and I met Devon, Allen, and Joe (two friends of Devon's from school, I still think he pays them to hang out with him) and we closed the place down. That's right we were the last table to leave. We ate until we were stuffed and then ate more...and a little bit more, and washed it down with some cobbler and coffee. How many of you can say that you have closed the Homeplace down. They were waiting on us to leave. WE ROCK!

Happy Valentines Day to my amazing husband! Thank you for taking care of me the past few days since I've been sick! You are a blessing and I'm so glad you're mine!! :)


There hasn't been too much to update lately! Since my last post, I celebrated my 25th birthday and have been sick! Not to much fun!

Randy has been hard at work on the house! Hopefully we'll get lots accomplished this weekend and I'll post some pictures of the rooms!

One of my new favorite people

Ok, so not really NEW favorite...

Last Friday I had the day off (part of my new groovy schedule..yay for working for the government!!!!). Andrea was going to work a few hours, so I offered to watch Julia-Rose while she went in! It was such a great time! Julia-Rose was so happy and she smiled, laughed and talked to me the whole time. We even took a short nap together!! I can't wait for more Fridays with her. Here are some pictures...She's learned to NOT smile when she sees a camera....:)

P.S. I had a great time catching up with Andrea too!! I am so lucky to have a cousin who is also one of my best friends!!! :)

Feeling Crafty
