Green Kids

The same weekend that Ashley had her shower, we got to go see the Greene's! Nicole is our friend Ryan's sister! She and her husband and their 5 kiddos were in Roanoke visiting her parents! So we spent a couple hours on Sunday afternoon catching up with all of them and meeting the newest Greene!!! It was such a great time and the kids are all so great and well behaved!

This is us with Gabby, the newby! She's not actual that new, in fact she's a year old, but she's new to us since this is the first time we met her! She really liked me when I gave her a cookie! She wasn't to sure about Randy at first, but you can tell in the last picture that she snuggled right up to him!!! In the last picture, I'm playing an intense game of Go Fish with Makenna....I thought I had her the whole time, seriously, and I wasn't paying that much attention to the game (chatting with Nicole and Gail) and the next thing I know, the games over and Makenna won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't wait to see you Greene's again!

Ashley's Shower

A few weekends ago, I along with some friends and family of Ashley, celebrated her upcoming marrige to Nilan! We had a really nice shower at the White Oak Tea Tavern in Botetourt! It's such a cute place for a shower!! Ashley got so many nice things for their house!! We had such a good time and so much yummy food!!! I can't wait until the wedding, which is now less than 2 months away!

Catch up!

I know, I've been a bad blogger! The end of the summer has proven to be very busy for us, and we have no signs of slowing down until September...maybe! :) So bare with me as I try to get back into blogging gear!! I've posted three update posts below and that should catch us up....for now! Exciting things coming soon( and by soon I mean in the next month+)...Ashley's wedding shower, beach trip with my family, first UVA football game and the much anticipated arrival of Baby Boy Sink...........YIPPPEEEEE!!!!!!!!

Asheville

This past weekend, Randy and I went to Asheville, NC with my parents for my mom's birthday. We ate, shopped and visited Chimney Rock (10 cool points if you can tell me what movie has a scene filmed there!). All of these pictures are from Chimney Rock. We spent most of the day on Saturday at the park, hiking around!

Myrtle Beach with the Sinks

We had a great time at Myrtle Beach with the Sinks...I didn't take a whole lot of pictures, but I think that's because we were so busy! Golf was played, we went to the pool, played Putt-Putt, went to Broadway, Barefoot and the outlets, ate TONS of food and just had so much fun!!! Here are two of the 10 pictures I took!:)
