YAY for Tuesdays!
My sis-in-law Cristen and I have started a new Tuesday night tradition of hanging out. Both our husbands tend to work late on Tuesdays, so it's a perfect night for us to get together. Lately, we've started the night by having dinner with the Sinks at Famous Anthony's and then heading over to Cristens. This week, Kathryn had to have a bath while I was there! She even got a mohawk! She was so good the whole time I was there and hardly fussed at all. I was able to hold her for most of the time and she was content!! It was such a great time and I can't wait for all of the Tuesdays to come!!!
Mini Beach Vacation
For the past few years, Randy has gone on a golf trip every February with his boss from the Coffee Shop. This year I got to tag along! It was such a nice break from work! We left on Wednesday afternoon of last week and came home on Sunday. Randy played golf every day and I worked on my thesis, scrapbooked, relaxed and of course...SHOPPED! On Thursday the weather was amazing, a toasty 75 degrees, and I spent a large amount of time on our balcony getting some sun. We had yummy seafood and went to one of our favorite restaurants, Ultimate California Pizza!!!! It was so nice to be able to get away for a few days...I can't wait until next year! Hopefully we'll have some friends to tag along!!

My Husband the Baker!
Yesterday while I was at the Bridal show with one of my friends, Randy decided that he was going to make some cookies!! Here he is with his masterpieces!! They were SOOO yummy! He took a plate down to my parents for dinner and mom and dad loved them...and so did the dogs!! :) Valentines Day
Randy and I spent Valentines Day at our house. He sent me flowers at work and I cooked us a special dinner with a very yummy dessert!!!! We are leaving for the beach on 2/21, so that is our Valentines Day present!! Randy and I got Valentines Cards from both of our parents!! They're so cool! :)
Just when you thought Guitar Hero had subsided.....
Well, I thought that all the Guitar Hero craziness had worn off, but not so. Last Saturday, Randy and I got to enjoy dinner with our friends James and Jennifer. James and Randy went to high school together. I became friends with James before I knew Randy and without him I probably wouldn't have met Randy! James and I became good friends while we worked at the mall! I met Jennifer when she and James first started dating and I loved her from the very beginning. She is such a sweet girl and pefect for him. James and Jen got engaged in October of 2006 and will be getting married in September!! I'm so excited for them and can't wait for their wedding! Anyways, After dinner, James and Jen came over to our house and Randy got James hooked on Guitar Hero. These are a few pictures of James Rockin Out!! :) It was so much fun to hang out with them!!
